The new app has five team roles: Owner, Admin, Member, Viewer, and Billing. Existing Classic workspaces retain their current roles and permissions.

Role permissions in the new app

Viewers have read-only access to the video workspace. They cannot create generations, edit content, or start output preparation. Billing contacts handle payments without access to the video workspace. All processing remains subject to your plan, available credits, and account access. Only an Owner can change another Owner’s role; the team must keep at least one Owner.

Team seats

Active Owners, Admins, Members, and Viewers each use a seat. Billing contacts and pending invites do not. A seat must be available when someone accepts an invite to a role that uses one. Your included seats and additional-seat price depend on your plan. Open Billing → Manage seats to see available options and the price before purchasing.
